321 stainless steel seamless round tube is 18/8 austenitic stainless steel (304) stabilized with titanium. After this grade is heated in the carbide precipitation temperature range of 425-850°C, intergranular corrosion will not occur. The 321 stainless steel seamless round pipe is used for applications up to a temperature range of about 900°C. It has high strength, anti-oxidation and peeling and subsequent phase stability against corrosion by aqueous solutions.

Like other austenitic grades,321 stainless steel seamless round pipe has excellent forming and welding characteristics, easy to bend or roll forming, and does not require post-weld annealing.stainless steel seamless pipe has excellent toughness even at low temperatures.

  Corrosion resistance

Pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion will occur in a warm chloride environment, and stress corrosion cracking will easily occur at temperatures above about 50°C. It can tolerate up to 200mg/L of chloride in drinking water (at room temperature). When the temperature is 60°C, the tolerable chloride concentration is reduced to about 150mg/L.
